Job summary

We Search People is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Weymouth, MA to lead commercial construction projects across retail, hospitality, and tenant improvements. The role focuses on managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction project management, 3+ years in field supervision, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management.
• 3+ years of field supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement and project financials.
• Excellent communication, organization and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality and safety.
• Coordinate site superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects and engineers.
• Develop project schedules, scopes of work, and subcontractor packages.
• Manage bidding, procurement, buyouts and contract negotiations.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, cost reporting, forecasting and profitability.
• Communicate regularly with field teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Maintain relationships with clients for successful delivery and repeat business.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and inspections; ensure safety compliance.
