Qualifications

• Experience in construction or design-build environments, preferably in preconstruction, estimating support, or project coordination.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and scope narratives accurately.
• Familiarity with estimating tools or spreadsheets and budget tracking.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration with internal teams and trade partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and records across multiple projects.
• Assist with takeoffs and estimates and organize bid packages and subcontractor proposals.
• Support design development coordination and track schedules and milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date records in project management and estimating systems.
• Prepare clear reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
