Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 7+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing outsourced preclinical studies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated R&D project plans, emphasizing preclinical operations and milestones.
• Coordinate outsourced preclinical studies and other R&D workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time, quality execution.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and CROs, laboratories, consultants, and service providers.
• Oversee vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFQ, proposals, and contracts.
• Track budgets, expenditures, forecast spend, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain study records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Support regulatory submissions preparation, including IND-enabling activities.
