Job summary

The Orange County Superior Court is hiring a Pre-Trial Services Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the Pre-Trial Services Unit. This role oversees staff, guides bail recommendations, and helps develop procedures and training.

It reports to the Pre-Trial Services Manager and may act as unit lead in their absence. Flexibility exists for a limited telework/on-site arrangement after six months for employees in good standing, with telework within California and possible on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) years of full-time supervisory experience in a pretrial services agency, California court, probation, parole, social services, public safety or law enforcement agency.
• Four (4) years of full-time (or equivalent) experience with the Orange County Superior Court in a classification comparable to the Pre-Trial Services Officer; supervisory experience is desirable.
