Job summary

Clēnera is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to independently lead pre-construction efforts for multiple utility-scale projects. You will own scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategy, and risk plans to ensure accurate deliverables aligned with project requirements.

You will partner with Development, Engineering, Estimating, and Construction teams to ensure projects are construction ready, while protecting cost, schedule, and execution certainty before mobilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management or PM related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing pre-construction for utility-scale renewables.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, P6; ability to learn company tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for multiple utility-scale projects and handoff to Construction.
• Review design deliverables for scope, constructability, and cost impact.
• Own budgeting, estimating, and risk mitigation during pre-construction.
• Develop and refine pre-construction schedules and critical path activities.
• Coordinate permits, regulatory readiness, and vendor engagement.
• Serve as primary POC for external stakeholders during pre-construction.
