Job summary

Taboola, a leading performance-driven advertising company and Great Place to Work certified in the US, is seeking a PR Manager for the New York City office. You will own the US PR program, craft external messaging, secure coverage, and support executive speaking engagements, bridging technology and media narratives.

You’ll collaborate with product marketing, sales, and partners to tell compelling stories, coordinate interviews, and produce assets like press releases and briefings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public relations experience (in-house and agency preferred).
• Knowledge of adtech and media landscape.
• Strong writing and ability to translate topics for advertisers, publishers, reporters.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketing, account managers, and sellers to identify stories.
• Coordinate executive press interviews.
• Create PR assets: press releases, pitches, media briefings, analyses.
• Become an expert on offerings and data to tell compelling stories.
• Support global launches with regional context for US PR.
• Partner with social media, content and creative teams to amplify coverage.
• Submit for industry awards and speaking opportunities.
• Maintain media lists, coverage trackers, press room and dashboards.
