Job summary

Ford Racing seeks a Powertrain Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist in Allen Park, MI to connect engineering aims with the global supply base. You will drive end-to-end procurement for powertrain components, align Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and suppliers, and safeguard program timelines via KPI-driven supplier performance.

This hybrid role requires four onsite days weekly and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business, plus 2+ years in end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain-related field.
• 2+ years in managing the complete supply chain lifecycle.
• Experience with forecasting, scheduling, supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Procure and coordinate powertrain goods and services.
• Integrate suppliers into Ford Racing Powertrain ecosystem.
• Identify gaps and provide risk assessments to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between supplier, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing.
• Develop KPIs to rate suppliers on service and quality.
• Standardize security/access procedures.
• Assist distressed suppliers with training alongside Quality.
