Qualifications

• Knowledge of PFMEA and Failure Mode Avoidance principles.
• Strong collaboration across Product Development, Plant Operations, and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Choose supplier partners and engineer efficient, effective systems.
• Interrogate supplier designs and maintain timeline and budget.
• Drive verification plans and supplier runoff readiness.
• Support on-site plant launches and safe delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable Design for Manufacturing.
