Ford is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Powertrain testing in Dearborn, MI. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to specify, build, install and launch production test systems for engine programs, leveraging data analytics to improve test accuracy and ROI.

You will collaborate with Product, Prototype, and Plant teams across the value chain, implementing robust test sequences and troubleshooting to minimize warranty claims, with a hybrid onsite requirement four days per week.

• Develop and implement test sequences and monitor product function via software interfaces.
