Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree with related coursework or internship in lending or credit analysis.
• Experience or coursework in commercial lending, financial statement analysis, and finance fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling of solar, wind, gas and battery storage projects.
• Conduct due diligence including company/industry analysis and transmission studies.
• Prepare internal credit memoranda and marketing materials for lenders.
• Work on live transactions as part of a Deal Team and assist in credit underwriting.
• Attend internal credit approval meetings and client discussions as appropriate.
