Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Transformation Lead to identify, design, and implement Power Platform-based automation and lightweight apps.

You will partner with business teams to convert manual processes into durable automations, driving productivity and control across the organization. You will design cloud flows and lightweight apps, maintain and monitor solutions, and ensure governance and data security are integrated into every deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business transformation, process improvement, or related disciplines with hands-on Power Platform experience.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable operational efficiencies via technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate flows and lightweight apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Governance: apply standards for naming, documentation, permissions, and lifecycle management.
