You will design and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), create Power Automate workflows, and integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Excel while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• 2+ years in business processes, operations or operational excellence.
• Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Experience creating Power Automate workflows and automations.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to tech solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and automation across operations.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas/Model-Driven).
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Excel.
• Create dashboards and operational metrics for reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Provide end-user training and adoption support.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance alignment.
