Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Power Generation Specialist to drive growth in propane power generation. You will bridge technical design with commercial execution, closing opportunities and leading end-to-end projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in power generation sales, strong relationship skills, and a track record with large enterprise clients. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with sales execution and requires travel with a national program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive sales experience.
• Track record in new power generation business development.
• Proven history working with Large Enterprise customers across multiple lines of business.
• Excellent hunter skills balanced with relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, research, identify and close new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and coordinate implementation plans with Operations.
• Lead the sales process as SME and main contact for prospective customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track KPIs and report progress within the sales funnel.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and negotiate deals.
• Align with manufacturers and packagers to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams to execute growth strategy.
• Support a national rental equipment partner program.
• Advise on market assessments and forward-thinking strategies.
