Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Growth Leader for Power Generation to win and deliver Energy Market projects nationwide in the U.S. This senior role focuses on growing existing clients and developing new business within the Power Generation sector.

You will lead FEED studies, EPC opportunities, and strategic pursuits, mentor the energy team, and collaborate with Client Service Managers to maintain a healthy pipeline. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Generation projects including combustion turbine simple cycle, combined cycle and reciprocating engine projects.
• Develop EPC projects in the Power Generation market sector.
• Develop FEED studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Grow new and add-on business with existing clients and serve as a primary company contact.
• Provide leadership in developing client relationships, capture planning, strategy, and proposals.
