Job summary

The Global Fund Banking Portfolio Management team at First Citizens Bank in Phoenix seeks a Hybrid Global Fund Banking Business Analyst III. You will design and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate, partner with Portfolio Management, Credit, Operations, and Technology to drive process improvements, data quality, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities include month-end and quarter-end support, risk controls, borrower reporting, loan maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, operations, reporting, or process automation within banking or financial services; or High School diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience.
Experience developing and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Experience building workflow automations using Power Automate and other Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.
Partner with Portfolio Management, Credit, Operations, and Technology to improve processes and data quality.
Support month-end and quarter-end activities, and assist with risk management controls.
Coordinate loan maintenance, borrower reporting, and client servicing needs as required.
Document requirements, manage reporting inventories, and assist with system implementations.
