Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Global Fund Banking Portfolio Management Analyst III in a hybrid Phoenix role. You will build and automate reporting, collaborate with Portfolio Management, Credit, and Operations teams, and support month-end processes while ensuring data quality and timely insights.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in analytics, Power Platform, and banking operations, with excellent communication and project coordination skills for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, operations, reporting, or process automation within banking or financial services.
• High School diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Credit, Operations, and Technology teams to identify process improvements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities; assist with risk management controls and borrower reporting.
• Coordinate loan maintenance activities and client portfolio servicing needs.
• Document requirements, manage reporting inventories, and support system implementations and enhancements.
