Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive to learn and build a customer portfolio through an accelerated training track. You’ll re-engage dormant accounts and cold-call new opportunities, focusing on relationship development and business expansion.

Upon completing the training, you’ll move into a Portfolio Executive role, with strong onboarding, autonomy, and a robust technology stack to manage large portfolios and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts and understanding customer needs.
• Engage with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to hit growth targets.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
