Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT with 6+ years in PMO, project management, and tech delivery.
- Proven experience leading multi‑team initiatives and governance.
- PMP and Scrum Master certifications required; scalable Agile experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead ITS project portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Maintain PMI‑aligned delivery standards across Agile, hybrid, and traditional projects.
- Support requirements development, backlog management, and planning.
- Guide user readiness, communication planning, and transition support.
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and vendor invoices.
- Oversee PMO tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
