Job summary

Mindful Care in West Hempstead, NY seeks Board Certified PMHNPs to expand access to behavioral health care. The role offers a base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses, 50% remote telehealth plus 50% in-office, and extensive supports including scheduling, billing, and licensure assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the employed state.
• PMHNP-BC board certification required; new graduates may apply but cannot start until licensed.
• APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state.
• Active DEA license or application underway; licensure assistance available.
• Authorization for prescription practice.
• Solid knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Exceptional communication and patient-care delivery, with leadership skills.
• Excellent ability to organize with a team player mindset.
• Eagerness to engage with diverse groups.
