Job summary

Mindful Care, Inc. seeks Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to expand behavioral health access in New York and Florida. Dual licensure for NY and FL is required to be eligible.

The role offers a base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits, plus remote telehealth work. We provide schedule flexibility, reduced administrative tasks, and robust support for licensure and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in New York and Florida.
• PMHNP-BC certification by the ANCC or AANP; new graduates may apply but cannot start until licensed.
• APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state, as approved by the Board of Nurse Examiners.
• DEA registration or application underway; licensure assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMHNP-BC care to patients in a telehealth/remote setting.
• Maintain licensure in NY and FL and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate with scheduling and billing support.
• Support medication management with non-stimulant/non-narcotic options when appropriate.
