Mindful Care, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to expand access to behavioral health care. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 50% remote telehealth and 50% in-office visits, supported by a full administrative team.

Compensation includes a base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses, comprehensive clinician benefits, and licensing support. Collaborative supervision is provided during onboarding and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Board certification as PMHNP-BC by ANCC or AANP.
• APN authority to practice family health in the employed state.
• Active DEA license or in progress; licensure assistance available.
• Authorization for prescription practice and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric mental health care as PMHNP-BC in a hybrid setting.
• Deliver care via telehealth and in-office visits (50% remote/50% in office).
• Collaborate with team; manage patient care with limited administrative duties.
• Support diverse patient groups and adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations.
