Mindful Care, Inc. is seeking Board Certified PMHNPs to expand access to behavioral health in Michigan.

This regular full-time position offers a base salary with productivity incentives, 50% remote telehealth and 50% in-office visits, and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes reduced administrative tasks, collaboration with a clinician, and flexible scheduling, with support for licensure and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license within the employed state.
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP as PMHNP-BC; new graduates may apply but cannot start until licensed.
• APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state.
• Active DEA or pending application; licensure support provided.
• Authorization for prescription practice and HIPAA/ OSHA compliance.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
