Job summary

CDM Smith Inc. is seeking a highly commercial, hybrid Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard software deployments and custom consulting engagements for public utility clients.

You will balance structured SaaS product deployments with high-value data integration projects, manage forecasts and budgets, and ensure revenue capture while delivering solutions that improve water resource management. This role requires travel knowledge in US and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hybrid mix of standard SaaS implementations and custom digital services.
• Coordinate product deployments with Customer Success to ensure tenancy, cloud deployments, and training milestones.
• Manage custom digital services including data integrations and transformation assessments.
• Produce monthly forecasts and re-budget with project accounting for real-time execution.
• Perform portfolio cleanups and formalize contract closeouts after invoices are paid.
• Guard cash flow by coordinating with billing to ensure accurate, timely invoices.
