Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Construction Projects Coordinator in New Jersey to support fast-turnaround site builds. You will help refine processes, maintain project documentation, track milestones, and coordinate with General Contractors and vendors.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers equity, a 401(k), health/dental/vision plans, disability coverage, PTO, and parental leave. The salary starts at $36/hour and varies with experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Construction Management (or a related specialized program).
• Relevant internship or construction industry exposure preferred.
• Qualification / Required skills ie: Google Platforms proficient (Google Sheets, Gemini App Scripts etc.), Construction Schedule Management Platforms, Monday.com

Responsibilities

• Task Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily project management tasks, track milestones, and deliver clear progress updates.
• Process Documentation Support: Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining critical construction documentation.
• Vendor Coordination & Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact to coordinate with vendors and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Project Management Support: Provide direct operational support to keep construction deliverables moving forward.
