Job summary

Wonder is seeking a construction management student or recent intern to support rapid-turnaround commercial construction projects in New Jersey, with a focus on process documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination. You will help refine SOPs, maintain progress reports, and provide direct operational support to keep deliverables moving forward.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Construction Management (or a related specialized program).
• Relevant internship or construction industry exposure preferred.
• Qualification / Required skills ie: Google Platforms proficient (Google Sheets, Gemini App Scripts etc.), Construction Schedule Management Platforms, Monday.com
• As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.
• Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in‑person collaboration and connection. You’re welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Task Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily project management tasks, track milestones, and deliver clear progress updates.
• Process Documentation Support: Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining critical construction documentation.
• Vendor Coordination & Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact to coordinate with vendors and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Initial Focus and Key Deliverables: Refine SOPs and maintain progress reports for visibility across active projects.
