Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Hybrid PLM Assistant to support its Product Development team in New York. This 5-month temporary role focuses on sample tracking, product information maintenance in PLM/OMS, and line lists, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in merchandising and retail operations.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel and Outlook, able to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling physical product samples and learning new systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team on PLM/OMS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize product samples throughout development.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and distribute sample boxes.
• Assist with sample set-ups for meetings and reviews.
• Maintain product information in PLM and OMS systems.
• Enter, update, and verify item-level information.
• Review records for missing or inconsistent data.
• Assist with line list maintenance and product updates.
• Coordinate sample movement between team members and departments.
• Identify missing or delayed samples and communicate issues.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Product Development team.
