Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC’s client is seeking a meticulous PLM Coordinator to support Product Development. You will set up items in the WFX PLM system, maintain detailed product data, and ensure accuracy before items advance in development and production.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PLM experience (WFX preferred), strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and vendors. Hybrid work in New York is available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PLM experience.
• Experience setting up and maintaining product data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with product information, SKUs, item setup, specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set up new items and SKUs in the WFX PLM system.
• Enter and maintain product information including style/item numbers, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, costs, and vendor/factory information.
• Upload and maintain product specifications and related documentation.
• Ensure product information is complete and accurate before items move through development and production.
• Work with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and overseas vendors to gather missing information.
• Support data cleanup and maintain consistency across product records.
• Review product information for accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent data.
• Assist with additional PLM and product data projects as needed.
