Job summary

iManage seeks a Senior Product Manager to own core platform capabilities, APIs, and AI-enabled infrastructure. You will align engineering, cloud operations, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, reliable platform services and deliver value to thousands of professionals worldwide.

You will work closely with developers and customers to shape roadmaps and ensure a frictionless platform experience, balancing innovation with reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years on platform, infrastructure, API, or developer-facing products.
• Experience applying AI meaningfully to product work, including shipping or collaborating closely on AI-powered capabilities.
• Technical fluency enabling API design reviews, cloud-architecture discussions, and infrastructure trade-offs without writing production code.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in SaaS or hybrid deployment.
• Strong systems-thinking and ripple-effect reasoning across products, teams, customers, and partners.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, security, and go-to-market teams.
• Experience defining and tracking platform-specific success metrics (SLOs, API adoption, integration velocity, reusability).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences and engineering discussions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities (APIs, platform services, observability tooling, developer experience, AI infrastructure).
• Act as voice of customers, developers, and partners to design frictionless platform experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, SRE, and architecture teams to deliver highly available, scalable platform features.
• Rationalize duplicate capabilities into reusable platform services to increase leverage and reduce engineering effort.
• Synthesize input from customers, partners, sales, support, and engineering to shape near- and long-term roadmap priorities.
• Articulate platform strategy and roadmap to internal and external audiences, from engineering standups to industry events.
• Partner with product marketing and GTM teams on messaging, differentiation, and thought leadership content.
• Monitor market trends and emerging tech to keep platform capabilities best in class.
