Job summary

iManage is seeking a Principal Product Manager in Chicago to lead the next generation of its AI-native platform. You will drive product vision, collaborate with engineers, UX, sales, and customers, and own the roadmap for flagship solutions that unify products and enhance security and efficiency.

You will influence internal teams and external partners, translating market insights into compelling features while balancing customer value and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2B or B2C SaaS offering.
• Understanding of cloud and enterprise content security.
• Proven track record building apps or add-ons with broad adoption; AI native apps desirable.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and with customers.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and customers.
• Motivation to drive product objectives from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap for next generation iManage platform, including client capabilities and services.
• Own vision for flagship AI-native document and email management solution with seamless UX.
• Collaborate with UX to validate features based on personas’ jobs to be done.
• Unify adjacent products into a coherent user experience and extend core features.
• Lead cross-functional execution and launches with engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
• Position capabilities in the market and communicate roadmap to executives and customers.
