Temporal Technologies seeks a product leader to own the surface area enabling self-hosted deployments and Temporal Cloud across diverse environments. You will collaborate with Engineering, Resident Architects, and self-hosted services to deliver durable, operable capabilities for customers with different risk and compliance needs.

You will drive production readiness, operability tooling, and roadmap decisions while translating customer needs into clear requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience shipping infrastructure/platform products with reliability goals.
• Ability to translate complex security/compliance needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong written communication and ability to create PRDs and customer guidance.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and make durable decisions in ambiguous environments.

• Own self-hosted and hybrid deployment models with clear positioning and outcomes.
• Improve installation, configuration, upgrades, and operability for production deployments.
• Drive product strategy for production readiness, observability, and diagnostics tooling.
• Define database and storage strategy balancing operability and customer constraints.
• Own multi-region and multi-cloud topology capabilities for self-hosted environments.
