Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, order management, or operations coordination in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel, ERP/MRP experience and planning dashboards.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and delivery focus.
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support production planning and scheduling to align priorities, schedules, and order sequencing with customer requirements and factory constraints.
• Improve planning discipline, execution visibility, and cross-functional coordination across both sites.
• Coordinate order changes, planning updates, and execution status communication across parties from order release to delivery preparation.
• Maintain planning files, dashboards, trackers, and system data to support schedule visibility and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Materials, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to remove barriers and keep orders progressing on schedule.
• Track readiness factors affecting execution such as engineering release, material availability, and readiness for production dependencies.
• Support delivery date maintenance and execution commitments, call out risks and gaps clearly.
• Assist with recovery efforts for urgent or high-risk orders as needed.
