Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Customer Contact in the Oil Free Air Division to bridge production planning and customer satisfaction. You will monitor and release production work orders, develop and optimize schedules, and coordinate with shop-floor personnel to provide real-time status updates.

The role requires leading cross-functional planning meetings, managing SAP orders, and collaborating with Purchasing, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Inventory Control to identify

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional production planning meetings to assess schedules, risks, and capacity constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date production schedules and deliver status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Expertly manage customer orders within SAP and planning systems to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to expedite materials and ensure availability.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Inventory Control to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality and efficiency standards.
