Qualifications

• Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising electrical utility distribution, transmission or telecom design or line construction.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves work orders for accuracy and develops/revises business plans.
• Supervises incoming projects to balance workload and meet design targets.
• Leads design activities and coordinates resources to meet department goals.
• Manages employee performance and development through reviews and mentoring.
• Monitors budgets, objectives, and performance using reporting tools.
• Supports new processes and technology adoption while meeting project demands.
• Manages selection, training and development of subordinate personnel.
• Sets expectations for safety, compliance, and appropriate work behaviors.
• Protects and manages sensitive data with integrity.
