Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking an Intermediate or Mid Level Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical reviews, and support time impact analyses for multi-disciplinary projects, interacting with engineering and construction clients.

Hybrid model allows two days weekly at a Jacobs office or client site. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 with health benefits, 401(k), stock purchases, and substantial paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Hybrid work model requiring two days per week in a Jacobs office nearest you.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in sectors such as Vertical Construction, Infrastructure, Transportation, or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses and variance reporting to drive schedule improvements.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain Baselines and change control.
