Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a motivated Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will review CPM schedules, perform critical path and TIA analyses, and prepare variance reports to drive project outcomes.

The role combines client interaction with technical scheduling, all within a hybrid setup requiring two days in the nearest Jacobs office. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of planning experience and a related degree or equivalent work history.

Qualifications

• 2+ years planning/scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hybrid work model with two days in the office.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large, complex projects.
• Experience in vertical construction, facilities, biopharma, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, or water projects.
• Knowledge of schedule baselines, logic, change control, and CP analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews and time impact analyses.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions with professional presentation.
• Develop and communicate schedule baselines and progress using dashboards.
• Prepare variance reports and recommend schedule improvements.
• Support multiple sectors and complex multi-disciplinary programs.
