Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field such as project management, operations, business analysis, logistics, marketing, or legal support.
• Proven ability to design SOPs and workflows from scratch, not just maintain existing ones.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and modern project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operating framework for accepting complex asset gifts.
• Coordinate cross-department projects ensuring policy compliance and timely execution.
• Lead process improvements and SOP rollouts with executive support across campus.
• Balance long-term project planning with day-to-day operations and invoicing tasks.
