Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field, or relevant experience.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics or Healthcare preferred.
• 5 - 7 years Managed Care experience.
• 5 - 7 years Health Insurance Industry experience with 1 - 3 years Pharmacy Operation.
• 7 - 10 years Managed Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and use these analyses to develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses for strategic initiatives to determine how the initiative is performing relative to predetermined goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
• Other duties as assigned.
