Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an enterprise senior pharmacy leader to shape ambulatory pharmacy practice and ensure patients can access the medications they need. You will lead strategy across collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM), prior authorization and refill services, population health pharmacy, retail and bedside delivery, transitions of care, medication adherence, and patient support.

Qualifications

Progressive pharmacy leadership experience in a complex academic medical center or health system.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, governance, quality improvement and regulatory readiness.
Ability to lead through influence, build strategic partnerships and drive large-scale organizational change.
Board certification or specialty certification aligned with specialty area.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise strategy aligned with quality, safety, access, workforce, growth, and financial sustainability.
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that advance standardization, innovation, and operational excellence.
Establish performance metrics and accountability to ensure reliable execution across sites.
