Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an enterprise leadership executive to shape ambulatory pharmacy practice and drive strategy across CDTM, prior authorization, population health pharmacy, retail and bedside delivery, transitions of care, and patient support. Qualifications

Progressive pharmacy leadership experience in a complex academic medical center or health system.
Board certification or specialty certification aligned with specialty area.
Doctor of Pharmacy degree strongly preferred; Bachelor of Pharmacy considered with advanced experience.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, pharmacy administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise strategy aligned with organizational priorities for quality, safety, access, workforce effectiveness, growth, and financial sustainability.
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that advance standardization, innovation, and operational excellence.
Establish performance expectations, metrics, and accountability mechanisms across sites and care settings.
Lead and develop pharmacy leadership and high-performing teams; partner with executives, physicians, nursing, and operations.
