Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Pharmacy and 3 years of mail service operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to specialty pharmacy leadership.
• Own project timelines, deliverables and milestones; identify risks and mitigate them.
• Lead development and oversight of clinical programs to improve outcomes and adherence.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide specialty pharmacy initiatives across operations, provider engagement and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in patient experience, access, and efficiency.
