Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Pharmacist Clinical hybrid role to manage pharmaceutical selection and utilization management programs. You will lead clinical criteria, provide drug information, and collaborate with medical directors and nurses across multiple departments.

The role requires a BA/BS in Pharmacy, an active RPh license, and PBM/Pharmacy-Therapeutics experience. Hybrid in-office 1–2 days per week with potential alternate locations and a strong focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharmacy required; RPh license active.
• Minimum 2 years of managed care pharmacy experience or residency.
• PharmD degree preferred; residency with P&T helpful.

Responsibilities

• Researches and synthesizes detailed clinical data for pharmaceuticals.
• Prepares drug monographs for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
• Acts as a clinical resource for DURs and dosage conversions.
• Leads development of clinical criteria for POS edits.
• Ensures compliant clinical criteria for clinical utilization management.
