Qualifications
- Requires BA/BS in Pharmacy and a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with mail service operations related pharmacy experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic and operational partner to specialty pharmacy leadership.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Lead development and oversight of clinical programs improving patient outcomes and quality.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide specialty pharmacy initiatives across operations, engagement, payer strategy, quality, compliance, and technology.
- Monitor and evaluate specialty pharmacy performance metrics to improve quality, patient experience, access, and efficiency.
- Lead governance, executive reporting, and performance reviews for clinical programs.
- Partner with medical, pharmacy, and population health leaders on evidence-based strategies.
- Represent leadership in executive committees and cross-functional engagements.
