Qualifications

• Current valid active unrestricted RPH license to practice pharmacy in applicable states is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mail service operations or related pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational programs to improve patient outcomes and medication adherence.
• Oversee daily business operations through mentoring pharmacists and non-clinical staff.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into actionable clinical initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation across functions.
• Provide executive reporting and participate in governance processes.
