Amplity in the United States seeks a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive product awareness and sales through a mix of virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals across an assigned region. This role involves travel and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.

The position requires approximately 30% travel, a bachelor's degree, and pharma or life science sales experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years pharma or life science sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience conducting both virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Experience working with multiple products or managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance by promoting assigned products through a blend of virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders to support territory growth and achieve business objectives.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, leveraging market insights, sales data, and competitive intelligence to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experience and support customer pull-through initiatives.
• Maintain a patient-focused approach while demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and sound business judgment in a competitive environment.
