Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative and Operations Team Member in Memphis, TN. This part-time role blends field client service with in-center cremation operations and memorial product preparation.

You will travel to veterinary clinics to pickup pets and also work inside the Care Center handling cremation operations, ensuring accuracy, compassion, and dignity in every step.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED and comfort using mobile tech and CRM systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and to travel to veterinary clinics as part of the route-based responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport pets between veterinary clinics and the Care Center.
• Review daily routes and prepare equipment before departure.
• Maintain chain of custody and complete accurate documentation.
• Operate cremation equipment and prepare memorial products as needed.
• Provide compassionate pickup/delivery services on an assigned route.
