Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Route & Customer Service: review routes, prepare equipment, and safely transport pets.
• Operates cremation equipment and creates memorial products.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy throughout transport and processing.
• Prepare workstations, sanitize areas, and support production schedules.
