This hybrid CSR/OTM role involves visiting veterinary clinics to pick up pets and supporting the Care Center’s cremation processes, memorial products, and remains preparation. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, ensuring accuracy and dignity in every step.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior customer service, route-based experience preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport pets between veterinary clinics and Care Center, maintaining care and dignity.
• Operate cremation equipment and produce memorial items.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and route materials.
• Support teammates to meet production schedules and follow safety procedures.
