Job summary

This hybrid role combines client-facing routes with on-site cremation operations, delivering compassionate aftercare and memorialization for pets. You’ll interact with veterinary clinics, manage prioritized routes, and support dignified handling of remains while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service, route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review daily routes and prepare equipment before departure.
• Safely transport pets between veterinary clinics and the Care Center.
• Build professional relationships with veterinary partners.
• Operate cremation equipment according to procedures.
• Create memorial products and process cremated remains.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
