Job summary

First Strike Pest Elimination is seeking an experienced Pest Control Sales Representative to drive growth across Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. This hybrid/field-based role combines new business development with relationship-building, employing a proven track record in pest control sales to secure residential and commercial accounts.

You will generate leads, conduct inspections, present pest control solutions, and close deals while leveraging a strong reputation behind the company.

Qualifications

• Pest control industry experience required.
• Pest control sales or business development experience preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to close deals with homeowners and commercial clients.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.”

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new residential and commercial accounts in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
• Respond to company-generated leads, conduct inspections, present solutions, and close sales.
• Develop relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site assessments and recommend pest elimination and prevention solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure recurring service contracts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Collaborate with company leadership and field technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while building a sustainable portfolio of business.
