Power House Termite & Pest Control is hiring a Sales Technician to inspect residences and commercial sites, identify pest concerns, and propose customized solutions. You will close sales, manage service agreements, and generate new business through referrals and leads.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of pest control experience preferred (sales or technician).
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors in various weather.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Conduct residential and commercial inspections.
• Identify pest and termite issues and educate customers on options.
• Prepare accurate service proposals and pricing; close sales.
• Generate new business via referrals, networking, and leads.
• Build long-term relationships leading to recurring service and referrals.
• Pest Control Services: Perform initial and recurring treatments per standards.
• Inspect and monitor properties for pest activity; apply products safely.
• Communicate treatment plans and preventative recommendations.
• Administrative: complete reports, maintain records, manage schedule.
• Coordinate with office team to ensure service delivery.
